The four track 12" minialbum contains cover versions of "As Time Goes By" from movie classic Casablanca, the German language "Bel Ami" (originally titled "Du Hast Glück Bei Den Frau'n, Bel Ami") from Willi Forst's 1939 film by the same name, "Bye Bye Baby" originally performed by Marilyn Monroe in Gentlemen Prefer Blondes in 1953, and Hal David, Burt Bacharach's "Magic Moments", a 1958 hit for Perry Como.
To promote the release of the EP Lear performed "As Time Goes By" and "Bye Bye Baby" on W Le Donne, an Italian TV show she was hosting at the time. The original vinyl EP is today a rare collector's item, two of these four tracks do however appear on Forever Glam! - The Best Of 1976-2005 compilation.
